Jon took on the sale of our house in a difficult period (COVID-19). We greatly appreciated his patience and understanding of our need, he work with us and ensured that we were properly informed of the market situation and ensure we get the maximum to reflected the value of our home, we valued his insight, he was not in for the lowball, quick sale but the appropriate value of the house that we would be comfortable with. We receive feedback after each visit that give us a better understanding on how to improve the value of the house (preparation). Jon was a pleasure to deal with for the sale of our townhouse. I appreciated that although it wasn't a high-priced property, he still gave it ample time and attention, and got me more than I expected during negotiations. I noticed that the purchasers' realtor had a lot of respect for him during the transaction which I think speaks volumes to Jon's professionalism and reputation in the industry. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone requiring a realtor.

Jon was the 2nd Realtor I used, having grown incredibly frustrated with the first agent. Jon was highly professional, making sure I was aware of all aspects of the process with enough time to complete the tasks required of me. Where he truly shined was in sharing his experience as a realtor so that I could arrive at a price that reduced the annoying haggling stage and simply got the process moving without all the back and forth that seems to leave both parties feeling robbed. Jon was very accommodating when it came to preferred method of communication, and considering my house sale took place during the Covid-19 2020 outbreak, it was appreciated. Most important of all, Jon provided every service I received from a Remax realtor but at a fraction of the cost!
