We were in the market to buy a 2 bedroom condo as a home for a family member in Toronto. Living in Vancouver, we were a little nervous to go long-distance condo hunting. Julia came recommended to us by a local professional contact, and she proved quickly that she was an outstanding real estate agent. She took the time to get to know us and and then provided tailored lists of condos for sales with helpful contextual information. She was always very responsive and generous with her time and advice. When months later into the process we were ready to look at some condos, she effectively toured us around remotely via WhatsApp video chat. It almost felt like we were there. When we found "our" condo, she guided us through all the stages of the transaction with great skill. What sticks out about Julia is her enormous positive energy, integrity, authenticity, obvious love for real estate and truly caring about her clients. With absolute certainty, we will work with Julia Power on all and any of our future real estate needs in Toronto.

Julia is the most professional, client-centric agent I have ever met. She always had our best interests in mind. She informed us about market trends, helped us to evaluate and prioritize our wish list and think about our medium to long term goals. She never pushed us to make a decision, but rather gave us lots of space to consider our options. In our virtual tours, she was never "selling", but rather she stepped into our shoes pointing out the pros/cons of each unit. Her past experience as a property manager was evident by her comments. After we signed the offer, she stayed by our side to answer any questions we had. We would use Julia again. We would highly recommend her to our friends too.
