Julia helped us review a number of properties quite quickly. She went over and above to make some arrangements for us on short notice.

When we started looking for a house to rent, we were very overwhelmed and we were also in a huge rush because we didn't currently have a place. Julia worked with us very quickly and effectively to find a ton of great options. She also arranged all the viewings to be back-to-back in one night so we didn't have to drive into the city twice. She didn't put any pressure on us to make a decision and she felt like a true ally throughout the process. Julia also held our hands through the entire application process and all the complicated paperwork after. Now, we're in our dream home and just loving every second of it :) I would highly recommend working with Julia for quick, thorough, and effective service!

Julia made our experience looking for a new rental a breeze in Toronto!
