Fantastic Agent. Our sale was an extremely difficult one, with a purchasing agent that did not handle the transaction well. Julie has represented us, respected our opinions/wishes, and has guided us through every messy twist and turn. Without her professionalisim, experience, and guidance (not to mention a perfectly timed sense of humor) we would have lost thousands on the sale of our home. My comments apply to both the purchase and sale of a townhouse. I was from Toronto originally purchasing a townhouse for my daughter and her partner to live in while one of them went to Law School at the University of Ottawa. Julie was very knowledgeable of the market and showed us a variety of options that met our criteria pointing out the pluses and minuses for each property. We selected a townhouse on the second day of showing and with Julie's excellent knowledge and communication skills I was able to close the deal at a price lower than list while on a vacation in Alaska. Three years later we sold the townhouse and with Julie's network, knowledge of market conditions and negotiation skills we prepared the townhouse for sale and sold within a short time frame, with no improvements except a professional clean at a price over asking and significantly above our expectation. The buying and selling process was very enjoyable because of Julie. I would highly recommend her.

Julie is truly amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and has always gone above and beyond for all the sales of our homes (3 this year). Our kids also love Julie and are constantly asking for her to come over. Each one of our properties were unique and she sold them all in record time, one of which was sold well over asking price in 1 day! Julie will forever be our agent.
