Right from our first meeting to our last with the sale of my home, Julie was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale of my home and very professional.

<p>Julie and her husband Jon worked together to make this estate sell as easy as possible and negotiated a higher selling price than anticipated. I am not sure of the exact date below but it was after the death of my father in Dec 2014 and after receiving probate in 2015/2016. It was an emotional time made easier by these two agents.</p>

I’ve used Julie for the sale of our old home and purchasing two others. She’s beyond helpful for everything when it comes to selling and/or buying. She’s got a great list of contacts who are there to help. She’s an amazing person and always has that smile on. Julie will go that extra mile to make sure you end finding the right house for you. Julie made our dream home a reality. Buying/selling a home can be an very stressful process, but Julie took care of us out for start to finish. Every step of the way, she held our hand. Anything that came up, Julie knew exactly what to do, who to call and worked out every little details for us. Julie knows everyone and has an amazing list of contacts; lawyers, mortgage brokers, landscapers, painters, interior designers, roofers, carpet cleaners and the list goes on and on. Julie is very knowledgeable about the market and she’s full of positive energy. She made what can be a very stressful process, fun! We even received updates from Julie when she was on vacation. The best decision we made was to call Julie. From day one to closing, she was there for us. She even checked in with us months later to see how we had settled in. Julie is an amazing agent, and i consider myself very lucky to call her my friend.

Even though I have not fully made up my mind about selling my existing home to downsize after the passing of my wife, Julie has been consistently patient, provided me with all the information I had asked for and is keeping me informed of the market availability in several choice locations without any pressure. She is genuine, easily accessabile and an absolute pleasure to deal with. It is noted that a number of questions are geared to the actual selling of a home and there should also be a category of “not applicable at this time”. I have therefore left these blank.

Julie is all around a 5 star agent and person, thoughtful and great comunicator. She told what needed to be done and recomended the proper contractor to get it done for a quick close.
