I was very impressed with the detail of the market evaluation documentation they prepared, but from the day I listed the market was difficult. I knew and trusted their extensive experience in Kelowna would ultimately result in a sale. David and Jaxon were extremely diligent in keeping me up to date with market developments and indeed tracking home sales in my area. Jaxon was superb with the social media and online interface, as well as being thorough and timely with following the documentation needed for the sale. Both responded quickly to my communications. When the time came to close my sale, they went over and above to make sure all the details were managed quickly and professionally. Jaxon helped us as first time home buyers to close on a condo that was perfect for our needs and in a beautiful neighbourhood. We hadn't initially planned to work with Jaxon but we inquired on a property for which he was representing the seller but he responded to our questions so thoroughly and expertly that we decided to work with him. We would unequivocally recommend working with Jaxon as a first time home buyer (FTHB), he was very thorough and extremely helpful at explaining the processes and what we could expect as FTHB's. At every step of the way, in viewings, in reviewing documents we had unwavering confidence that Jaxon was doing what was in our best interests and was quick to provide insights on the externalities of properties, like future developments, that would impact livability or valuation. He also was on the ball to keep our documents orderly and meeting all our document deadlines well in time. Ultimately, Jaxon was able to support us to be confident to pursue the property that was perfect for our criteria and he was able to maximize our leverage at the time to be able to make a deal below listed and assessed valuation. Not only are we happy with the condo we bought in the month we've had possession, we are overwhelmingly confident that we got great value for our price. We absolutely recommend working with Jaxon, and we will be doing so when we outgrow our condo in the next 5 years.
