Ditto for all the high praises written in the previous three reviews. This review, however, is probably the first where Jaxon and his team helped sell a condo unit that involved the more crucial elements of negotiating and interfacing with the buyer's agent, and of reporting back to his seller-client with full information and strategies, for all of which Jaxon scored top marks. Impressive were the quick turnaround of negotiations and reports, the clarity of communication and the sense that Jaxon and David were there for you. There was one instance when I felt a lack of forward strategizing and it was left to us, the sellers, to formulate and express those thoughts. Luckily, that was just a small blip within a long string of top-notch performance by Jaxon coming from a long-drawn negotiating process that involved some unexpected turn of events requiring extraordinary work, and dealing with a difficult strata council. I would certainly not hesitate in using Jaxon's service again, and strongly recommend Jurome Real Estate Group to anyone selling property in Kelowna. Thank you Jaxon and Team.
