Karen is very knowledgeable about the housing market in Ottawa. She listens closely and really helped us get the property we wanted.

Karen responded to communications with very little wait time on weekdays and weekends. She made herself available to us for several consecutive days on short notice. She arranged for us to view enough houses to be satisfied in our final choice without feeling like we missed out on a better option. Personable and pleasant!

Karen was incredible to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient and really helped make our first experience as home buyers as smooth and easy as possible. She was prompt at answering our questions and on the odd occasion she couldn’t show us a house she made sure that someone was available for us so that we wouldn’t potentially loose out on an opportunity.
