Kathy went above and beyond. She was extremely patient with us as we took our time finding the perfect home. She wasn't affraid to literally get her hands dirty, and was very thorough whenever we went to view a property. If she was concerned about anything she saw she pointed it out immediately. When it came time to put in a bid she gave us great advice and walked us through the whole process, including suggesting we have the drain scoped during the inspection, which led to us discovering a problem that needed to be addressed before we took posession. We couldn't be happier with the care and service she provided.

Kathy found and sold me a place five years ago and was so impressed, wanted her representation a second time . Kathy has a non-ending supply of patience and was always ready to show a house no matter the time of day etc. If she wasn’t available, she had an associate help us out. I highly recommend Kathy for your home buying ans selling , as she’s truly the full package .
