<p>Kathy was our second agent we used. She looked closely at our needs and made sure we were getting what we wanted. If she said no to a house viewed she never pushed us towards it like we had happened in the past. She never made us feel rushed and even when we decided on a house she was there the whole step of the way even bring us to close prior to closing so we could look at things and take measurements. Even after the purchase was completed she would check in to make sure everything was going well. If I ever bought again she would definitely be the agent I go to</p>

Kathy went above and beyond to help with tasks that I as the homeowner would normally do but was unable to like dealing with a vacating renter and giving a blunt assessment of the state of the property and what I could expect to get from a sale. She also helped with coordinating cleaning and garbage removal as well as picking up supplies required for renovations that I decided to complete leading up to the sale. She provided top level guidance throughout the process and advice on pricing, current market and required adjustments. in the end my home sold quickly and for more than I was expecting.</p>
