Kayla is incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable--exactly the person you want in your corner as you navigate what can often be a stressful transition. She helped us sell our home during a bit of a dip in the market, but with her sound advice and strategy, that didn't affect us at all. She was able to exceed even our highest expectations and we have no doubt that it was Kayla's unique touch that led us to such a fantastic outcome. While it can be tempting to feel like luck was on our side, we know that it wasn't luck: it was Kayla working tirelessly behind the scenes on our behalf. We feel so grateful for all her efforts and fortunate to have trusted her with our home.

We can truly say that Kayla made the entire process as easy as it could have been. She was fantastic from day one to way past our closing day. She genuinely made us feel that she had our best interests and was keen on developing a connection to help us better understand what we were looking for. As first time buyers, we did not make the search easy but she was so great that we never felt pressured to make an offer on a place we visited nor did she make us feel we had to make ridiculously high offers. She is very knowledgeable and advised us on trends in the neighborhoods and guided us realistically within our price point. We highly recommend Kayla, she helped us find a great first home!

Some context: We were first time home buyers in a new city and in an incredibly difficult market. Kayla was able to give us great advice on the best neighborhoods for our needs and clearly recommend a property when it was a great find! At the same time, she was respectful of our decisions and supported us in every way she could by giving us advice at every step. She also recommended brokers and lawyers that made the whole process very simple. Overall, we managed to find a home in a month's time, when we had been expecting to be looking for months. I am wowed by her service and her friendliness. I cannot recommend her more!

Kayla is a real estate professional with excellent communication and people skills. Buying a condo (my first!) in the pressured April real estate tsunami was not something I anticipated doing. Kayla listened to my specific needs and wishes regarding location and type of dwelling, mapped out areas and sent listings, promptly set up a few viewings which helped me to better refine what I wanted. When I had to return home to Vancouver, a condo came up which seemed to fill all my wishes, so I viewed it following her IPhone. We promptly put in an offer and she guided me through this especially nerve-wracking process from another city and three time zones away, while she gave me the factual details of the process and encouraged me to listen to my own intuition. I was successful and I’m in the process of moving in. She was able to refer me to an excellent painting team and is a source should I need other tradesmen for refinements. Her natural easy-going communication style, energy, and confidence along with her knowledge and professionalism makes her a real estate agent I would not hesitate to recommend.

We were looking for an investment property. Kayla helped us consider and evaluate a number of different options (condos, single family homes, multi dwelling units, urban vs. rural) and listened to what we were looking for. Her market knowledge and experience also helped identify additional things to consider as we went through the process. She was always prepared for our meetings and patient with us when were not as prepared. Very happy with the end result!
