We are so glad that we decided to work with Kayla in buying our first home. Kayla helped ease our first-time-homebuyer nerves by answering all of our questions. She kept our expectations in check by using market data to guide our offers, though she always encouraged us to view any house that we expressed interest in; if we liked a house, we should give it a shot. She happily took us to six homes for viewings, which helped us make an informed and decisive decision about offering when we fell onto the house that we loved. Kayla was available around the clock to support us through the home buying process, whether it was via email or at last-minute showings. In fact, Kayla's swiftness on booking showings for us is probably the only reason we ended up with the house that we did. Her urgency and quickness in booking showings, but also in organizing/submitting the paperwork, setting us up with a great mortgage broker, and in facilitating all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into purchasing a property, are the reasons why we secured a home within this piping hot sellers market. This brings me to my next point: the Ottawa market was a daunting one for first-time buyers; condos and townhomes were selling anywhere from 50k to 100k over asking at the time we were looking. We owe it entirely to Kayla for securing this property for us and for helping us avoid a price war as best as possible. We never felt pressured by a multiple offer scenario because we trusted Kayla's assessment of the market and of property values. Kayla never pressured us to offer above what we were comfortable with, and always laid out her best estimates on what a strong, fair, reasonable, and ultiamtely successful offer would be. In our time working with Kayla, she was right about every single offer she suggested for the properties we viewed. Her strategy throughout the offer process is the reason why we didn't overpay for our home, but still walked away with the home we loved. We feel incredibly lucky to have had access to Kayla's guidance and expertise.

Kayla was an awesome real-estate agent. Highly professional, she is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Her virtual tour video was particularly impressive and undoubtedly brought potential buyers to our condo. Our condo sold in one day at well over asking price. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Kayla was super nice and awesome! Was really helpful & knowledgeable as it was my first time buying a home and understood and respected mine and my partners stresses! We were super active lookers and she always accommodated us which was awesome and even gave us some helpful tips when we moved in. Also was very very good at the negotiation process! Great realtor if you’re looking for someone nice, relatable and knowledgeable!

It has been a pleasure to work with Kayla. She found a best house for me with right price, great neighborhood and quick closure date - All I asked for. Upon closure i got comprehensive instructions about moving which was really helpful as i didn't know much about hydro, water etc. She was very supportive and available any time for me even on weekends and picking my calls late evening. I highly recommend Kayla and would buy/sell with her again in future.
