I recently hired Kelly as my real estate agent for the sale of my old house and purchase of a new house. This is the second time I have hired Kelly because she is an agent that I trust and that is wonderful to work with. I know she has my best interests at heart, she is knowledgeable of the market and a strong negotiator. My most recent transaction was personally difficult and she was extremely patient with me through the entire process. I would recommend Kelly a 1000 times over!

<p>Kelly listened carefully to fully understand what I wanted in selling and buying my home. She is honest and has a calming manner about her. After selling my home, I was looking to buy 150 km away from my area during the pandemic with very low inventory. I had two other agents who succumbed to the pressure of finding the right house for us. So Kelly travelled far out of town to help us find and purchase our beautiful new home when the other agents said it couldn't be done. Along the journey, Kelly was always supportive, had a great sense of humour, was caring, and had a no nonsense approach. She is always very reachable too which is vital. I called her countless times and she responded right away and likes to keep in close touch through the entire process.</p>

Kelly was very friendly , informative and easy to talk to . I would recommend her to all my friends selling or buying . One outstanding agent!!!

Kelly made selling a home in Pickering while we are in Ottawa a simple experience. Her knowledgeable market analysis helped us determine pricing. She guided us through every step of the process and contacted us on a regular basis to keep us updated on everything. The extra touches such as staging advice, carpet cleaning, flowers and a sanitization station were so helpful. As a result of her hard work the house sold in a week and a half. It was a pleasure to deal with Kelly in every way. Kelly made this process much less stressful and we would highly recommend her.
