Kelly was fantastic through the entire process of selling our home from the moment we contacted her to long after the moving truck left the house! We had to move before our belongings due to Covid restrictions in our new location and she handled the moving day in the selling end along with many items throughout the weeks both leading up to putting the house on the market, the days it was on the market and even after. She knew the market and perfectly priced our home for a fast sale and to attract the right interest and get us a price we were more than pleased with! Will recommend her to all our friends for sure!

This year my husband and I decided to take the plunge and purchase a second home, that our sons could rent, and have a safe place to work from. We had dreams of a small backyard or nice patio, that was in walking distance to amenities. We are not exactly high rollers, and a bit worried about moving forward in such uncertain times. I actually choice Kelly as our Realtor because she answered my questions (late at night) so quickly, and she really stuck with us. It was quite difficult to find a place, in such a “Hot Market” when we lived 400 miles away - we really needed help! Then the Pandemic really heated up to complicate things even more. But Kelly was so helpful at every twist in the road. She really took the time to understand ours and our son’s key requirements, and helped us to a find place that included ALL the important things on our checklist. 

In a time with huge bidding wars, and properties going for record prices, Kelly seemed to understand the pluses and negatives in each neighbourhood we saw, and helped to guide us in the right direction. She was very knowledgeable. We cannot believe the wonderful outcome! The move went well and Kelly helped to provide before and after services that we way above and beyond the call of duty. It really feels like a dream come true. We are very happy!

We were extremely impressed and satisfied with Kelly's knowledge and dedication as we searched for our first home. Despite the ongoing pandemic and skyrocketing market, Kelly was able to find what we were looking for. Highly recommend and will use again.

Kelly did an outstanding job in helping me prepare my home for sale and pricing my house for sale. She gave me great pointers as to staging, lighting and making minor upgrades to enhance the home for client viewings. Kelly was also extremely helpful in implementing an effective marketing and pricing strategy. The home viewings went well (24 viewings in 3 days) and we had 3 good offers after 3 days. The house sold well above the asking price and the closing went very smoothly. Kelly was always available to answer my questions in a timely manner. I would unhesitatingly recommend Kelly as a professional real estate agent.

Breaking into the real estate market felt confusing and overwhelming until we met Kelly. She was patient with us and took time to explain the whole process.
