We had a good experience working with Kelsey, we were referred to Kelsey by our listing agent in Nanaimo, and we were purchasing a house in Black Creek. It was great to work with Kelsey who had knowledge of the area, and also contacts to local contractors etc. She was always available to talk to during a very busy and hectic few weeks for us buying and selling our houses.

We moved from out of province and had a very short timeline to find a house for our family. Kelsey spent multiple hours over a short period of time to ensure we found the right place for us. She is very easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to questions. Kelsey went above and beyond to ensure that our house purchase went as smoothly as possible.

Kelsey was instrumental in the process of finding us our new home. She was an ally, friend and advisor helping us navigate the challenges of moving to the island with incredible support and professionalism. Attentive, responsive, resourceful; Kelsey listened to our needs, was always quick to reply to all our questions (of which we had many), and opened our eyes to other possibilities we had not thought of. As a new home buyer, Kelsey guided me through every step making the process much less stressful. She made sure I understood, taking the time to fully explain the issue or address my concerns. She answered text or calls and also responded to emails in an impressively prompt manner. Keeping in contact with me on a regular basis, providing all the information I needed when I required it. As an experienced agent, she knows the ins and outs of the entire process and has an impeccable network of associated professionals.

Kelsey was great to work with. It took us quite a while to find a property that worked for our lifestyle and budget so we thank Kelsey for her patients. She was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She went above and beyond helping us find lawyers, insurance brokers, and recommending accommodation's as we are from out of province.
