<p>For our home purchase we only had a short time frame to find a house and move, so it was great that Kelsey was always so quick to reply and set up viewings. It was a long distance purchase since we were living out of province, but she had no problem working with our family members and taking us to view houses via skype. Any time we had concerns about something she made sure to request/ look up more information. When it came to all the paperwork, insurance, banking etc she made sure we had all our ducks in a row, and that nothing got missed.</p>

<p>She is assertive and always on the go. Want things to be done properly. She will protect you as her client, approachable and will guide to do best thing especially in my case as first home buyer.</p>

<p>Kelsey had Lot of knowledge about the property and neighborhood which helped alot. She was also there to help anytime you needed it, and always quick to respond.</p>
