Kelsey understood what we were looking for as a family and when we did showings was honest about if the house was a good fit for us. She would even comment (pay attention to) on specific details that she knew where important to us, such as flirting textures, bath tub drain height and privacy. We bought a house through a virtual tour, which can be scary (as we are moving provinces) but she made us feel confident that we made the right choice.

Dealing with Kelsey was awesome. She was informative, quick with responses, honest, and professional. I'd highly recommend working with her. 11/11 stars. Would and buy again.

Kelsey was very accommodating and was happy to pick me up at the ferry terminal and drive me back each time I came to the Island to view different properties. She was always ready to help me in any way she could and was able to answer my questions as they arose during the whole process. If she did not know the answer to any of my questions she took the time to search out the answers. This being my first experience with purchasing a strata property was a bit daunting and Kelsey was able to help me out with understanding different aspects of strata ownership. She went above and beyond in helping with a few sticky situations along the way and I will be forever grateful for her assistance. Kelsey is reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would not hesitate to use her as my real estate agent again.</p>
