Kelsey was a pleasure to work with. Kelsey assisted us in making a purchase in a market where places were receiving multiple offers less than 24 hours from being listed. Though the market situation was stressful, Kelsey helped us navigate and make educated decisions that led to a successful purchase. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable, and went out of her way to answer all of our questions and concerns in a timely fashion. We would hands down recommend her to anyone looking for an attentive, reliable real estate agent. My partner and I had a great experience working with Kelsey! We highly recommended her. She responded quickly to messages and was always one step ahead. We had to travel from Vancouver to see homes in Comox. Kelsey organized all our viewing to work with our schedule. She always made herself available on the days that we requested and advocated for us to view every home we asked about. The home we purchased initially had an accepted offer on it and was not accepting viewings but Kelsey pushed the seller to allow us to view it and put in a backup offer. It was our luck that the original offer fell through. We got the house all thanks to Kelsey's hard work and advocacy. We are first time home buyers. Kelsey was very helpful in answering our questions and creating our offer to the seller. Kelsey organized our Home Inspection and WETT inspection. We got 3rd party confirmation that Kelsey's selected home inspector was a tough cookie and would often kill deals for agents by finding issues with the home in the inspection. So it was great to know that she was looking out for us over just getting the deal done. Kelsey connected us with a Lawyer and Notary to get the deal all finished up. Again, I can't recommend her enough. Thanks very much Kelsey!
