Buying the property I picked, was exactly what I was looking for. I think i had a lot of ups n downs but I can’t imagine what Kelsey pushed through to help me get to where I’m at. She stood up for me 100% in every transaction, dealing with sellers realtor, strata, home inspector and of course me :) I can’t remember how many times Kelsey had to extend my possession date, closing date, etc, consistently keeping me updated. I work away in camp, and still Kelsey was in touch with me, via text, email or phone, letting me know any new progress with purchasing my place. She always remained calm, happy and positive about getting me my place.

My partner and I both purchased our first home with Kelsey. Kelsey made buying our first house super easy and successful. She helped and provided us with all our uncertainties and questions about buying a property. With all our questions being answered honestly we felt super comfortable putting our trust in Kelsey. She put in a lot of time and effort with us to help find the right house for us. Again I said she made our decision easy, providing us with knowledge of the areas and understanding us as people and knowing what spots were a good fit. Also making some decisions easier to cross of our list as some house postings do look different in pictures and on a computer than in person. So she helped a lot with that. But not only did she provide us with knowledge and advice, she did all our contract info to buy the property. Aswell as all of the knowlegdable negotiations she did for us with and getting the house for the price we wanted within our budget. So overall We would like to thank Kelsey once again for all her hard work, We give you a 10 star rating!! We cant wait to get to the comox valley and highly recommend Kelsey to anyone buying a property!

Kelsey diligently worked for us for a long time and did her utmost best to find us a great home, even before we decided to list our duplex.
