Kelsey was very responsive and promptly answered all our questions, which were many as first time Canadian homebuyers. She never failed to respond to an email, call, or text, and it was reassuring that we never had to follow up on anything as she was keeping track of it. Kelsey was also very flexible with last minute changes to our showing schedule due to circumstances outside our control. She helped us negotiate a price well under asking and we felt like we got the best deal we could have given market circumstances.

Kelsey was great! Very flexible with our schedule , quick to answer any questions or concerns and kept in touch regularly with any properties she thought we might like. She was always very friendly and cheerful, a wonderful person to help with any real estate needs.
