Working with Kelsey was truly amazing. She cares so deeply about her clients. My husband and I were viewing properties via virtual walk though as we were not present in the city we purchased in. Kelsey is prompt, surpasses the definition of the word efficient and always makes time for a phone call. If you happen to miss her and leave a message, guaranteed you receive a prompt call back.

Kelsey is always a ray of sunshine. She has a heart of gold and we were so grateful for her extensive knowledge of the valley when we were looking for our home.

When I started sorting through real estate estate agents here in the valley, I put out feelers to a handful of agents, stating clearly we were wanting someone “On the ball, with their finger in the pulse”. We were expecting someone with quick responses and were willing to put in the effort for us. Kelsey called me less than 5 minutes later and we were an instant team. She was our gal! And coming from the mainland where real estate is done SO differently, she was there to guide and explain every step of the way. Even though our journey was long and had its twists and turns, because she helped us figure out what we wanted and needed in a home, we ended up with a home perfect for our family, perfect for our budget, and she was 100% on it every step of the way. She honestly, went above and way beyond when it came to closing and signing. It’s too bad we won’t be using her in the future, because we plan on never having to move again!
