Wonderful experience from start to finish. Told ken what kind of home and layout we wanted within our price range and location. Within a few days, we had viewings scheduled. When we expressed interest the house we ended up buying, ken went above and beyond for everything such as providing lawyers at different prices that offer the same services, expect inspectors who provided a very detailed report of the house, helped us figure out who we need to contact for setting up our utilities, condo fees, condo doc reviews while going above and beyond for negotiations. Ken is also very flexible with their hours and managed to make time for us whether it was early morning or late evenings due to hectic scheduling. Ken made our first time buying home very smooth and effective because of their level of expertise and professionalism. Also, gave us wonderful gifts after purchasing the house.
