Ken, Thanks so much for everything when we decided to sell our sweet home. Selling our apartment so quickly is what we consider to be a huge success story and you are very responsible for helping to make that happen. We were so very appreciative of your hard work and diligence in "getting the job done" and will always be grateful to you. You are quite an awesome realtor. We have now been able to put our home, that we bought at the first time, behind us and have been able to move on emotionally, intellectually, and physically to another exciting chapter in our lives. We will, of course, miss this home, but we seem to be adapting very well to it no longer being a part of our lives any longer and so thanks again for all your help! Ken is a very experienced agent. We were very lucky to have found him and to have him represent us in our buying and selling process. <p>I met Ken roughly 5 months ago when he contacted me about an assignment property I was attempting to sell on my own. Unlike the many others who previously contacted me to offer their services Ken’s approach was very casual and friendly, non pressured yet still professional so I entertained his request to meet. Once meeting with Ken and establishing my expectations and getting a feel for one another I agreed to let him sell it for me. Within 2 weeks Ken sold my place with multiple offers and for the amount I was seeking, I’ve bought and sold multiple properties previously working with various agents and never had a sale go so smoothly and stress free as I did working with Ken. I was so pleased with with his work that I had him sell two more assignment properties I owned, one selling over asking with multiples offers and the other selling for asking with multiple offers. All 3 deals that Ken handled for me went as smoothly as they possibly could, all 3 deals met or exceeded my expectations and over the course of working with Ken I not only had a reliable, knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with agent working hard for me but I ended up gaining a friend.
