It's hard to give a lower rating because she exceeded our expectations. Kerri helped us buy our home and consequently sell it after we decided to move out of the country. She was excellent in communicating and explaining things since we were new at both buying and selling, and worked very quickly in both cases to achieve the best price. She also exhibited quite good expertise in areas of town or the neighbourhood that we didn't clue in on as we went in blindly to buy. We had an insanely good purchase, which she had gauged very well when we had decided to make a bid, and when we had to sell, she worked very quickly to set up the place for a viewing that was incredibly effective! We were almost shocked how quickly it ended up selling and it wasn't a very new building at all, but she had done an excellent job. She's professional and personal, and we would definitely recommend her for buying or selling! We'll also definitely be back again when we need a realtor's services!

Could not have done better than Kerri. A true professional in every sense of the word. Still managed to make the homebuying process fun as a result of her friendly approach. Reliable, sincere, and knows her stuff.

She has all the qualities that make up not only a great realtor but a really nice person. She clearly knows her market and was able to sell my apartment in record time for just above the asking price. I would say she goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are satisfied and informed and takes a genuine interest in their welfare. Not to mention that she gives back to society with her socially responsible real estate program of donation to those less fortunate, which was a deal-breaker for me. What more could you want!</p>
