We took our time during the search to make sure we got a good feel of areas and what would and wouldn't work for us. Matt guided us through the process with patience and without pressure into making a quick action. He was very accommodating to making time for us and on the two occasions he personally couldn't meet, he ensured one of his team mates was able to cover for him. I was thoroughly impressed with our interaction, I would highly recommend!</p>

<p>My husband and I had been looking for a place to rent in downtown for 4 months and worked with few agents prior to Jamie. None of them could help us to find a right place in our budget. At one point it became really challenging and stressful for us and we were almost going to give up but then Jamie found me somehow and called. I explained everything what we were looking for and where we were looking and how our experience had been. Jamie really understood our requirements, personal circumstances and told us to give her a chance. She promised us that she would find us a place within two weeks and she actually found us the perfect place. She considered everything; location, size of the unit, distance from our work, budget. We are really thankful to her. She didn’t only help us to find a place, she also guided us with filling out all the legal documents and made sure that our move to new place was smooth. We will definitely work with Jamie again when it would be time for us to buy our first property.</p>
