I had a wonderful selling experience with Kim in September of this year. My house was c/s in six days with multiple offers. Kim was very accommodating of my requests and her professionalism showed with the detailed photo shoot and description of my place on mls. I would highly recommend her for your agent! She also helped with the purchase of my present property. She has many contacts and was very helpful with lawyer recommendations and such.
