Kim was great with both buying and selling. I used Kim for the purchase of my first home and she was very transparent all around, making sure I was always up to date with what was going on. She addressed any concerns I brought forth. For the forgetful folks, she was great about sending reminders! I also had Kim sell my first home as well. Even with a slower market in town, she made sure to find me a buyer. Rocky & surrounding areas, I definitely recommend Kim :)

Kim was amazing! She was very quick and responsive in answering our questions and providing any paperwork or information as we were getting the financing together. We had a quick possession so there was a lot we needed in a very sort amount of time. Kim was knowledgeable about just about everything we asked about the property and the area.
