Kim went above and beyond for me, going out to do a remote walk-through at last minute to let me get eyes on a property that was about to close, as well as attending the home inspection later. Thanks to her, I wound up with a house that is way more than I ever thought I'd be getting out of this. Polite, patient with what were probably some stupid first-time-home-buyer questions, and extremely quick to respond. Highly recommend.
