I can't say enough about Kim and my buying and selling with her. Being a middle age single woman purchasing a home was a wonderful experience with Kim. From the first phone call to viewing properties to listing my current home everything was explained with ease. Kim would always send emails "What's Next" to keep me on top of things and organized before they were needed. She is professional, thorough, very knowledgeable AND fun to work with! A friend in a similar situation told me she would rather back pack through Russia alone than go through a home purchase again as a single middle age female.
