We started looking for a home for our son to buy and outlined our criteria for neighborhoods. Kim quickly grasped what we were looking for and sent us an active link on houses we might be interested in. The market was pretty hot so the list changed frequently. The houses on the list were very suitable and we planned on looking at about 7 of them. The day before we had the scheduled viewings a new listing was brought to our attention. It was exactly what we were looking for and Kim made sure we were able to view it in the day it came up for sale. This was very good advice as there were two offers on the first day. Kim patiently walked us through things we needed to know and pointed out potential issues. She had knowledge of a water pipe issue of concern in houses the age of the property and helped us to ensure those pipes were not in the house. We were prepared to bid over asking in order to ensure we got the property however Kim helped us settle on a lower price to offer and suggested other ways to make the offer attractive such as determining when they wanted possession to be and not having any conditions. This worked for us and our offer was quickly selected. She sent a list of "to dos" before the possession date and followed up to ensure we had everything we needed. She helped arrange one additional viewing for measuring. She was always helpful and kind and made herself very available. The possession happened without a hitch and we are happy home owners!

There is no other agent I will use. She works so hard, always available for my questions, and makes you feel like your home is in good hands. This is the second house she has sold for us and under difficult circumstances. She was very caring and understanding and I appreciated her so much! Don't hesitate if you want to sell your house.
