Kim Hardie made the process not only painless, but interesting and fun. I feel like I learned a bit in the process and I ended up with a beautiful home. Kim was very well informed. The day we spent viewing homes was well planned out and went like clockwork. Kim was very knowledgeable about each of the properties and well prepared. With the decision made, she worked late to get the offer in and I ended up with an accepted offer with my top choice. She gave me good information around securing a cost plus mortgage and the broker she recommended was very helpful too. As the purchase has proceeded she has kept me in the loop and provided lots more help as we approach the possession date.
