Kim was great, I needed a change and one night I just decided to sell my house. I gave Kim a call and she came over on a long weekend and got the ball rolling. Whenever I had questions, Kim got back to me with a phone call or a text pretty quickly, considering how busy she is. Within less than a week of me deciding to sell my house, I had accepted an offer. I highly recommend Kim to anyone selling their home.

I appreciated how professional Kim was in handling three widely different sales. One was a house that was due to be demolished due to its age in a working class neighbourhood. Another was a condo not far from Circle drive, and the third was a 12 unit apartment building close to 8th Street. In fact Kim had to upgrade her qualifications to her Real Estate License to be eligible to handle the commercial property, which she did promptly. She was able to handle all of the complications and ups and downs with all three properties and was able to give valuable advice in the negotiations which involved many tough decisions. I am glad that I hired her to handle these properties and in the near future I'll be hiring her again to sell three more properties. Well done, Kim!

We received a recommendation from a fellow Realtor that Kim was exceptional. She was very patient while we tried to find a condo that was in a good location for our kids while they attended university. Six years later after they finished university there were no questions that Kim was the Realtor we would use for the sale of the condo. In four days we had an offer on the condo and then sold it. We had the unique opportunity to have Kim for the purchase and sale of the same condo and never once regretted this decision. Kim is very outgoing and an all around good person.
