I got Kim's name from a friend of mine and from the very beginning she was attentive and thorough. It took me a while to finalize my decision to sell and she was never pushy or overbearing while I was making up my mind. Once I did decide to sell, time was of the essence for me and Kim didn't waste a single moment getting everything ready to post/list the house. Within 3 days of the house being listed I accepted an offer and Kim made this whole process very smooth and was there to answer all my questions quickly.
