Kim was awesome. I'm gonna try to sum it up for you. When I called or texted her, she got right back to me. She didn't try to push houses on me, so she could make a sale. I told her what I was looking for, and she helped steer me in that direction. She was on the same page as me. She always had information to relay to me about each property, whether it be about the neighborhood, the price, the history of the house, potential problems or issues with the property, pointing out things that need to be replaced or repaired etc etc. Overall she was awesome. Kim was the perfect agent to deal with - she was very personable and was very prompt and quick at responding when we had questions. We had a little hurdle going from the seller deciding initially on the deal being a private sale then wanting to go to market then finally ended up with the private sale which all went smooth in the end thanks to Kim.
