Krista was wonderful to work with. In 2021 I was working full time, mom of two little girls, and pregnant with baby #3 on the way. I was exhausted and overwhelmed during the process of moving our family from the Lower Mainland to the Okanagan. Krista was so organized and had mapped out many showings to give us a good scope of what was available. Krista took us to a property that already had an accepted offer, but she wanted to take us so she knew if this was the type of home we were wanting. The property, house, view, location, was perfect. She suggested that we put in a back up offer because "you never know". It turns out that the original accepted offer fell through. THANK YOU Krista for taking the chance, and landing us our "box checker" dream property. We are so lucky that we worked with you and found where we are meant to be as a family of 5!

I have recently completed a purchase and a sale with Krista. These are the third purchase and second sale that I have relied on Krista for her advice and support. She has always been professional, replies to phone calls and emails promptly, has a good knowledge of the area and provides good pricing recommendations. She always explains the process to follow and the reasons behind her recommendations. If there is one thing that I appreciate about Krista more than anything is her patience with our changing needs and being flexible. I was very happy with her services; she was always prompt and efficient in getting me any information I requested as I was comparing properties and negotiating. I found her knowledge of the city to be excellent and her handling of the transaction when I finally decided on a place fantastic. She even rolled up her sleeves and helped me unload the moving truck when I couldn't find help! Would definitely use her again. Thanks Krista!

Krista is a rockstar!!! I knew the area I wanted to live, and when there were no listings, Krista papered the neighbourhood and found out that people were going to list shortly. I ended up buying my new home before I even listed the old one. Oh yeah, and then Krista helped me sell my old house, and helped me spruce it up showings (she even cleaned the carpets - wowza). Would recommend Krista to anyone who wants a dedicated agent that knows Kelowna, and has a genuine interest in finding your family the perfect home. Also great that she loves dogs, and sometimes brings hers for business appointments.
