Our home hunting experience was crazy - we had just 30 days to port our mortgage, which meant we had to tirelessly look at multiple homes each day, carefully weight our options and promptly take a decision each night whether we wanted to put an offer on any homes we had seen that day. Krista understood our urgency, offered great advice in terms of pros and cons of each property, its location, comparisons to the other homes we saw…. She was always professional, super prompt with responses to all our queries, great problem solver, highly knowledgeable, awesome negotiator, and extremely respectful and sensitive to our needs. When I buy our next home couple years later, I know I will stick to Krista. She genuinely cares for her clients - gives them the time and attention they need… she definitely won our trust! Our family recently relocated from Alberta to the Okanagan, and we were fortunate to have worked with Krista on the purchase of our dream home. She had a thorough knowledge of the Okanagan neighbourhoods and was able to provide us with pros and cons of the many different locations we considered, and her understanding of the quickly evolving Okanagan market conditions was exemplary. When we found our future home, she provided excellent advice and guidance through the negotiations, and was always working in our best interest. Throughout the process, Krista was always professional, responsive, patient and knowledgeable, and was very focused on our satisfaction as her clients. While I hope we never move from our dream home, Krista would be our first call to sell or purchase again.

Krista was amazing to work with for my first time home purchase! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all... patient! She encouraged me to continue exploring properties until I found the one, and as I explored she would help point out qualities (good and bad) of properties that I never would have noticed myself. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with how we were treated and how wonderful it was working with Krista. She was extremely responsive and proactive on communicating with us from the sale of our condo to the purchase of the construction of our new home. </p> Throughout the pandemic Krista was always thinking outside the box, sold our condo making an amazing video. We honestly can’t think of anything she could’ve done differently or better for us. We had some difficult moments in both aspects, selling and buying, that I am not sure any other realtor would not have had the patience to deal with these issues. Krista with her professionalism walked us through them as methodical and calm as she did. We weren’t extremely sure what the process would entail or how much work it would take, to undertake the buying and selling but Krista was very informative and you could tell right away that she knew her business and had our best interest in mind. Krista is an amazing realtor, she took me and my young family under her wing with buying our first home.
