He meticulously explained the different areas and options and market trends at each of this locations. He proceeded to help us decide an area keeping in mind growth trends and value for money. When we decided to look at houses in the desired area, we were pleasantly surprised at the homework he had done and how well prepared and well researched he was on the day of showings. His preparedness helped us zero in on a property on the very first visit and we proceeded to buy it. His job didn’t end there and he was still available to us throughout the transaction.
