We bought our first house in Barrie, Ontario in May 2021. Kuntal Khasnobish was our agent. The good thing is he had booked entire day for us for house viewing. And based on our budget, requirements, needs, locality he had already pre-selected few houses. We did 15 house viewings in a day. He explained the plus, minus for each house unbiasedly. In 2 days we saw 30 houses which helped us to compare the houses easily n then we did bidding. Based on our budget he helped us to narrow down houses for bidding as many houses had bidding on same day. Bingo we got the house which we wanted. He helped us set the right bid amount so as to make sure that we don't overbid and also at same time we don't lose the bid. Everything went well and we got our home. I am definitely looking forward to working with Kuntal again in 2023/2024 as we are planning to buy our second property in Kitchener/Windsor.
