This Realtor helped us find and purchase a property, and then helped us sell a property. He has good listening and communication skills and responds to what is important to us. Information was provided in a timely manner. The results for both the purchase and sale were very positive.

Layne was very knowledgeable on building structure/systems and gave advice good advice on costs and issues involved should we decide to renovate. While living in Toronto during much of our home search, Layne was very helpful and responsive in answering many detailed questions about any online property we were interested in. He was always professional, friendly and helpful prior, during and after the purchase.
