Our young family was relocating to Vancouver island in the setting of the covid pandemic and were unable to visit the area to see any houses in person. We were exceedingly anxious about having to by a home virtually. Trevor was just the realtor we needed to facilitate the process. He was very hands-on and consistently went beyond expectations with video enabled home walk-throughs. He also easily incorporated our local colleague into the process to give us a second set of eyes. His knowledge of the area and expertise with remote technology really served to alleviate our worries, which allowed us to feel comfortable making such a purchase in an unconventional manner. We could not have done it without his help and would absolute recommend his services.

Trevor promised this and delivered, posting videos on social media, and hosting open houses right until the sale was complete. We really appreciated the energy and hard work he put into selling our house for us, the communication he provided throughout the process and the insights he provided during the negotiation process.</p>

His communication and prompt attention were great throughout, whether it be via email, phone or text message, enabling us to act quickly when a new property came on the market. His knowledge of the local market and south Vancouver Island region in general was spot on, and he wasn't afraid to provide guidance if our opinions differed; this experience was invaluable, as we had relocated from a different province and were unfamiliar with the local market. In the end, we got a family home that was perfect for us, and paid under list price due to his prompt actions and negotiations!

Flawless sale thanks to Trevor’s awesome help. Learnt about Trevor’s fun, witty personality while spending time viewing potential places for sale. We also learnt that Trevor has very strong ethics which is impressive in an intense sales market. Trevor was VERY responsive and made us feel important even though we weren’t buying a million dollar home. Trevor deserves full credit for establishing communication with listing agents and having a never give up attitude. I believe, if we’d had any other realtor, we wouldn’t have gotten the place we ended up purchasing. Definitely would enlist Trevor for any other future realtor endeavours and highly recommend him if your in need of a enthusiastic realtor who’s not afraid to work hard for you.
