From the moment we met Lea we were so happy with our choice! Selling your parents' property is not an easy decision for most people. Lea knew I was having a hard time between keeping or selling it. Any questions or concerns I was having were answered immediately, or within the hour by email, phone or text. She also went as far as to suggest her giving any resources (trades and services) to make repairs if I decided to keep the land. She gave us so much feedback from the open house and showings, it was very eye-opening to see the amount work she does for her clients.After all of the paperwork, legwork, showings etc.,and now leading up to our closing date I know I can still ask her for help if I need it and she'll be there for us in a heartbeat. Lea Sousa is very open, personable and genuine with a great sense of humor, she a 10/10⭐ most definitely recommend!

Lea was amazing throughout the entire home purchase experience. She always gave her honest opinion and did all the research for any extra questions or concerns we had. Communication was absolutely top tier and there was never a time that she wasn't available, if she was going to be away that was always communicated ahead of time. We will 100% use her in the future if/when we are ready to move and looking to sell.
