Our family and I are so grateful and appreciative of all Lea's dedication and hard work. With her help we are able to sell our house within 3 wks and able to find our forever home. She’s very pleasant to work with. She really listens to what we wanted, but at the same time if our expectations are not realistic she’s not the type of person who will sugar quote. She made us aware of what may or may not happen to avoid any confusion or disappointment. Lea spent extra time looking at all listings houses and filtered them based on our check list, and sends via email only what meets the criteria just to save us so much time. Selling and buying a home was definitely lots work and very stressful, but with Lea’s help she makes things easier. She’s very good at planning and executing them. She prepared plan A, B&C until we met our goal. Lea and The Barry Team really took care of us by proving proper research, comparables, and amazing marketing.
