Lissette is truly exceptional. An amazing person and an impressive realtor who is with you every step of the way from beginning to end. She really does go above and beyond to do everything she can to help you. From explaining every part of the process, and even every part of the paperwork that can be very difficult and overwhelming for some people and she wants to make sure you completely understand and are comfortable with everything. Her knowledge, kindness and good energy make what can be a very stressful and chaotic process..simple! She was always on time and very professional and also surrounds herself with an incredible group of individuals so if you ever need a recommendation for a lawyer or mortgage broker or even a home inspector you won’t be disappointed, and she takes this very seriously and always follows up. Lissette was always available and her responsiveness was incredible. If she wasn’t available immediately we would always hear back within 5 minutes. I have and would highly recommend Lissette whenever you need a real estate agent. She will take the time to get to know you and what you want and are looking for, and is very much on top of any and all listings to help you find the right place for you. Lissette exceeded in all aspects including her patience and positivity, even when your someone who can be difficult to please, she never wavers. Lissette is a wonderful agent! I needed help renting my house basement apartment but had no idea where to begin or how to handle the paperwork, but she explained the entire process to me with ease and helped me find a tenant in just a week! From day 1 she went all in and had all the paperwork and rent ad posted in just a couple days.
