Lissette is a top-notch super dynamic agent. Since the first day I met her she helped me so much in my house-hunting; we viewed over 30 houses in about a month and got one! She does her research very well, she takes into account many factors that buyers consider important when buying a home, such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, rental possibilities (i.e. separate basement apartment), neighbourhood safety, close amenities like malls and stores, distance to main roads and highways, and also to bus stops and train stations too! I was also surprised that she has so much knowledge of house structure and common problems. She gave me advice on the types of house wiring, plumbing, structural issues, and any possible hazards or problems that could be a BIG money and time traps. Lissette is also very punctual and responsible, she was always earlier than me for viewing appointments, and she was very sweet and polite when communicating with me. Not only that but, since the first day I asked her to help me find a home, she already had great knowledge of the kind of home I was looking for and the areas where I wanted it, and she would go above and beyond, sending me recommendations of houses that matched my criteria almost perfectly, and giving me advice in what kind of budget to have ready for it, as well as explaining in thorough detail the whole process, from the house-hunting, to bidding, to closing the purchase! She has lots of experience in the Real Estate world, and based on my personal experience, she demonstrated to me that she has outstanding knowledge of her field. I am very happy with the house I purchased thanks to her, and in the future I look forward to having her as my real estate agent for my future purchases.

Lissette Richards is an absolutely fantastic agent and person! My husband and I came to her as absolute newbies to the real estate market - we didn't even know we needed a deposit at the time!! She painstakingly explained every detail of the house search and purchase process, was endlessly patient in showing us over 50 homes and, with a number of requirements in a rediculously tight market, never once gave up on us.
