Maggie was wonderful through the whole process. She helped me get my house ready forsale. I would highly recommend Maggie if you are looking the sell or buy a home.

I was first introduce to Maggie about three years ago, when I was considering putting my house on the market. She give me some very good advice about what renos I should consider. My intent was to go ahead with the renos and then try the market. When covid hit , my renos were put on hold. During that time, Maggie kept in touch, sending out her monthly newsletter and the occasion follow up phone calls. Jumping to the present, my renos proceeded during last winter and spring, while I was south. On my return, I contacted Maggie. She informed me that I had missed the spring time market, Maggie then suggested putting the house on the market in early August. The house went on the market on a Thursday and a firm offer followed a few days later. I believe Maggie's reno suggestions, staging ideals and most important her confidence she installed in me that this was the right time. I would recommend Maggie to any of my friends/relatives. Maggie has worked with me before and after the sold sign, making the whole process very simple and smooth. Thank you Maggie.

A couple years ago I had found Maggie online by chance, and she offered to assess our home and see what it would be worth. My wife and I had been talking about moving out of Hamilton for about 8 years. Maggie was extremely helpful and patient. Through our discussions, it seemed right for us to renovate our basement in order to increase the value of our home first. Fast forward to this September, and the downturn in the market actually made for great conditions for us. Maggie is an excellent negotiator, and we were able to get a house we never thought possible, while selling our current house above asking!
