Mandy is by far one of the best agents I have ever worked with. Following my grandmothers passing, we needed to sell her home in Nanaimo. I did research to find the best agent to assist us in selling her home from a distance as we did not live in the area. After reading Mandy's online reviews I decided to call her and then met with her in person when we arrived in the area. From the moment I spoke with Mandy on the phone to meeting her, I could tell that she was the agent for us! Mandy and her assistant Shayna worked tirelessly for 9 months helping us to watch over my grandmother's home while probate was waiting to go through and prepare it for sale. Mandy and Shayna made calls for us, met with contractors, cleaned, moved items, prepped... the list goes on! When the home finally "hit the market" Mandy had offers coming in that day! The home sold incredibly quick! The fact that our family was 40 hours away, Mandy made the process easy.
