<p>Mandy helped our family of 4 buy our first home. We spent over 6 months trying to find something that matched our budget. I would say we were tough clients - we wanted something with a very large yard, with a farm/rural feel, but right in the city. Oh, and it had to be under $300k. She was so patient with us, so upbeat, and amazing with our boys. I looked forward to every meeting with her, because even when I was getting frustrated with what was available on the market she would swoop in with her professional optimism and forward-thinking attitude and lift up our spirits.</p> <p>Now, a year later, I'm sitting here on my large farm deck, on my 1/4 acre property, next to my bubbling pond, and watching two squirrels chase each other through my 2 apple trees and along my cedar fences. I can't believe that we're right in the heart of the south-end city, and only a block away from an elementary school. I am so grateful that she helped us find our forever-home! I swear, she works miracles!</p>
