Marcella Barthel, was very professional in all of her dealings with me during the purchase of this property. I would have to say that I helped making her sale run very smooth as I myself have sold and purchased a number of properties and know a fair bit about the process. That being said I would not hesitate to recommend her for anyone looking to purchase property. Marcella was more that helpful and offered information very openly and honestly. She was very quick to point out information that was important to the buyer. I found her to be stellar at her job when it came time for the Negotiations. I would recommend her to any one - she is a getter done kind of person. I will definitely seek her out if and when I need these services again both for buying and/or selling. She also was very generous in providing me with the pictures that she had taken for the sale of the property so I could use them to advertise my new place for rent. It was a pleasure dealing with her!!
