Marcella was very helpful in the selling of our house and the search for our new house. She listened to our wants and desires and was always excited to take us to look at properties. She worked hard in the sale of our house and we felt she was honest with us with regards to the market value of our house and the houses we looked at. Unfortunately in the end we weren't able to use her in the purchase of our new house as the seller was adament she did not want anything to do with realtors. This meant that my husband and I were doing all the work that Marcella normally does and let me tell you after that experience I would never ever want to buy or sell another house without Marcella by my side. The amount of hours we spent dealing with the seller and the lawyers was ridiculous and made us both appreciate all the hard work that Marcella had done with the sale of our house which meant we didn't have to do any of that. Marcella is not only great at what she does but she is a wonderful person who is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients.

Marcella is the one who goes out of her way to help . Me as an out of province buyer was very comfortable with making my purchase almost sight unseen. When I had questions she found the answers, even if it meant physically to go to the property to check. Never fear when Marcella is near!

As a single person renter I decided to get my feet wet in buying. Started my journey with Marcella in February 2020 and got approved for a brand new townhouse in April 2020. Marcella was/still is like a real estate mom to me. I knew nothing about buying and didn't really know Red Deer. Her knowledge, outgoing personality, patience and attention to detail made me feel soo comfortable in buying for my very first time during the start of the pandemic. I had days I felt very overwhelmed(buying by yourself is a big decision) but Marcella made it fun. Marcella always made time for me and answered any questions I had, which were a lot. She also went above and beyond guiding me how to talk with the builder and suggested interior designs ideas (colors/cupboards) for future resell if I ever did. She also followed up with me a month later on how home ownership was treating me. She never left me in the dust and was very supportive. I would recommend Marcella to anyone who wants a supportive realtor in either buying or selling.
