Marcia was recommended by be by a friend when we were looking for someone to help sell our house. She originally visited when our house looked like a complete disaster (I just got off of surgery and my wife was working and also watching 3 kids). She was not judgemental and offered her advice on what we could do. She also was very honest with what we should list the house for. At first I thought it was low, but we actually ended up getting exactly what we were hoping for. She has also been very helpful after the sale as well with the complications of Reliance switching over to the new owner. She definitely went above and beyond.
